Paragliding

I've spent quite a bit of time paragliding. These 4 videos were taken in Turkey in 2001, in the resort of Olu Deniz, on the mountain Babadag (Father Mountain). I had been flying a couple of years at this time, and amongst other things, I did a safety course (SIV), which meant flying out over the sea and collapsing my wing in different and interesting styles. In the video 'Parawaiting', you can see other people doing the same.

Charity Activities

For the last few years, I've been supporting my friend Martine in raising money for charity. I taught her to drive in 2006, supported her as she learned to fly in 2007, and in 2008 we both did a blind drive. Sharpfin Internet Radio

A group of us have been working on software development for the Reciva internet radio. This radio runs GPL Linux, but it is not possible to log into it without performing some clever jiggery pokery. More information can be found on the Sharpfin website: www.sharpfin.zevv.nl.
